Whether it be a kick-start to your fitness goals, a lifestyle change or a way to stay motivated at the gym, we guarantee you a fun and supportive way to reach your goals.
It's great for those to who like to workout at home or outdoors, or for those who love to come to the gym and either train in a group or train solo. All activities are welcome and get you in the running for the chance to win awesome prizes!

Traditionally this has been a points accumulation challenge whereby the most points earned wins. We recognise that sometimes things happen such as injuries, family or work commitments or just life in general and we recognise that the 6 week challenge is about the journey and not just the end result.

We will help you reach your goals by offering you:
- Saturday bootcamp at 9.30am that will be targeted to 6 Week Challenge Members. Each week will have a different focus to help you reach your goals.
- Daily group training sessions in the Health Club that will focus on technique and training the Workout of The Day to help get 6 Week Challenge points faster
